In celebration of Valentine’s Day, I asked GMC students what their favorite Valentine’s candy is. The options were candy conversation hearts, assorted chocolate boxes, and baked goods.

The least popular out of the three was candy Conversation Hearts. Only 14 people voted for these. They are cute, but better for decoration rather than eating.

Next on the list with 24 votes is baked goods. I thought this would be number one, considering this category has a huge variety of treats.

The most popular was assorted chocolate boxes. This was not too far ahead of baked goods with 31 votes. Assorted chocolates are very versatile and are a staple for Valentine’s Day, so it makes sense that they came in first place.

Other popular responses were chocolate-covered strawberries, individually wrapped candies, and lollipops.

The Forge hopes you have a great Valentine’s Day!
